His main company, Cash Money Records, represents The Game, Blueface, and KiddoCurry, among others, and he is regarded as one of the most high-profile music managers in the rap and R&B industry.

However, Wack 100 is never far away from controversy, and he is known to have had beef with several performers over the years.

In spite of this, he’s developed a successful record label which is his main source of income.

The Origin Story

Wack 100 was born as Cash Jones in Pacoima, California, in April 1978, although he now lives in Los Angeles.

Jones has never been far from controversy throughout his music career, and he nearly always attracts the headlines for the wrong reasons. 

For instance, following the murder of rapper Nipsey Hussle, Cash claimed that the musician got what was coming to him, and outraged fans of Hussle who felt the comments were way out of line.

But that being said, he has spoken out in his own defense about the comments he was supposed to have made about Nipsey. 

In an Interview with Hollywood Uncensored, Wack 100 tried to clear some things up: “Nipsey as an individual, a man, where he’s from, his business ventures, who he was as a father, a husband – I’ve never spoken on that because me and Nipsey never spent that type of time together.”

He went on to say that he simply said that he didn’t believe Nipsey deserved the title of ‘legend,’ but he Wack 100 didn’t have a problem with him as a person.

He has also been accused of making controversial comments about Tupac Shakur in the past and was supposedly knocked out by Mike Tyson when the two met as a result of some of his disrespectful comments.
