Cyrus received comments, some of which were harsh, about her lips in one of her close-up selfies posted on Instagram on October 1, 2020.
According to one follower, the lip injection demonstrated a lack of self-esteem. Another person warned her that her fillers would make her look like a botched nightmare in her 30s. Other Instagram users defended her by praising her beauty. One even stated that it was her choice to have surgeries and that those making disparaging remarks were the ones who couldn’t afford the procedure.
According to experts, Cyrus may have used fillers
The ‘All Three’ singer has remained silent on plastic surgery rumors. Some of the cosmetic surgeons shared their thoughts on her transformation, implying she used fillers. Dr. Vartan Mardirossian, a double board-certified plastic surgeon, spoke with In Touch Weekly in June 2017 and shared his thoughts on Cyrus’s increased facial volume.
The doctor examined her photographs and speculated that she may have used Botox to lift her brows. He also mentioned that she could have opted for fat grafting and facial implants to keep her plump appearance. Dr. Andrew Miller, another facial plastic surgeon, agreed with him, implying that she may have had fillers in her cheeks and lips or implants in her cheeks and chin.
In 2019, a spokesperson for MYA Cosmetic Surgery made similar remarks to Mirror. The representative believed Cyrus had non-surgical lip and cheek treatments, including the use of dermal fillers to restructure the cheekbone.
